Boss The Scent For Her Hugo Boss

 

Hi everyone yet again! Hope everyone is enjoying their weekends and relaxing on a Sunday morning. As to me, I am enjoying my coffee and listening to music whilst collecting my thoughts for this blog post. This time I want to share a very lovely, girly and flirty perfume. 

I remember the day I got this. It was a weekend, one of those Sundays I was in a hurry to get brunch with some friends. On my way to the coffee shop there is this small perfume boutique that I check into from time to time. And so I checked in and left the shop shortly after with my new purchase. :)

Ladies and gentlemen, please meet Boss The Scent for Her by Hugo Boss! It was introduced in 2016. I got acquainted to this beauty in 2017 only. Wow, what a beautiful mix of simple fruity-floral and gourmand potion! 

The top notes consist of peach and freesia both of which I simply adore! How cool that the simplest mixes of notes create the best of scents! It's mouthwatering from the first spray. The middle note is osmanthus, which calms the juicy peach very nicely. And the base note consists of cocoa! The best thing about the perfume is that the lasting power is not so strong so you can apply a lot without killing anyone in the neighbourhood. 

I can describe this as a gourmand as well as fruity-floral scent. Very happy, very flirty, inoffensive and cute. It's appropriate for spring and even autumn. However I bought it in winter and I loved wearing it during the cold season in the cold air. It was becoming a little bit crispy in below zero degrees and still creating the mirage that I was wrapped warmly and was enjoying some hot cocoa with peaches :) The dry down is very airy musky on my skin, a little bit sweeter, not too vanilla-like sweet. One thing that I was annoyed at was the price, in my opinion it is a bit too overpriced for what it is.
