Incanto Charms by Salvatore Ferragamo
Blue theme continues lovelies! Today let's talk about another old but gold.
Incanto Charms by Salvatore Ferragamo was a lovely budget perfume I used to enjoy as a student abroad. Very refreshing, fruity, floral, sweet and aquatic in a way. The perfume was launched in 2006. The perfumer is Beatrice Piquet. She worked on two other Incanto perfumes (Incanto Bliss 2009 and Incanto Heaven Golden Petals Edition 2016) besides this one.
The top notes of this perfume are passionfruit and honeysuckle, middle notes are florals - rose and jasmine, and the base notes are musk and woods. It opens like a fruity cocktails would smell on a beach. I get a little bit of sourness as well, middle florals are really well combined together and make the potion sound pretty safe. The dry down gets something lovely, like you are just out of the shower - soft and fresh, quite soothing.
This is rather an inoffensive perfume for warmer or hotter weather. I cannot really tell which combination of notes transfers the sense of aquatic notes, but it's a great summer cocktail, tasty, and not too screaming. These are still available to get from different locations and shops, probably the original one has been reformulated because the staying power is not as strong as before and there is a bit of too strong alcohol in the opening, but that fades pretty quickly nonetheless. Anyway, I believe this one will be liked by everyone, specifically younger people. If you get the chance to smell or test it, definitely go for it. And please make sure you are testing on your skin rather than the paper.
Have a lovely week ahead and adieu for now ;)
